The room for your individual cleanliness requirements

The basic concept of a clean room for industrial production and a cleanroom is essentially the same. They differ mainly in terms of the relevant particle spectrum and the ventilation and filtration technology required. While airborne particles down to 5µm are monitored in the cleanroom, particles on components down to 600 µm are tolerated in the clean room for industrial production.

In order to protect your parts and assemblies from particulate contamination, our clean room creates a controlled product environment in your production according to VDA 19 Part 2. mkf has developed a flexible room system based on aluminum profiles, which adapts to your requirements and individual changes. Within the scope of consulting for the implementation of your individual cleanliness requirements, we develop a corresponding room concept with you, individually composed of our wall and ceiling modules:

Wall modules:

Dimensions basic module: approx. 1280 mm x 2800 mm (subdivided into 3 fields).

• wall module 1: filling closed
• wall module 2: filling of insulating glass in the middle, closed at the top and bottom

Ceiling modules:

Dimensions basic module: approx. 1280 mm x 3880 mm with 6 fields

6 filling elements can be freely selected for each ceiling module:

• Inspection opening
• Lighting unit: LED panel daylight white - 6000K, 80 Watt, 6000 Im, dimmable

On request you can get your clean room for industrial production also with air conditioning.
