Precise component cleaning and assembly in the cleanroom
Working under cleanroom conditions, in particular the assembly of mechanical, electrical, mechatronic and optical systems, is becoming increasingly important in industry. Surface cleanliness is important to ensure fault-free functionality and the quality of the parts and assemblies measured against it. The components and assemblies must meet the highest standards of cleanliness. With our many years of experience and comprehensive expertise, we clean and assemble your parts in our clean rooms (up to DIN ISO 14644-1 class 5).
Our services from the cleanroom
We ensure that you can concentrate on your core competencies and take the pressure off you by cleaning your parts and mechanical engineering services in the cleanroom:
- Cleaning and packaging of parts provided by you using ultrapure water, ultrasonic washing, vacuum drying, ozone cleaning and packaging in antistatic cleanroom film
- Checking the degree of contamination (incoming goods inspection) and quality control after cleaning
- Contract assembly: assembly of your components according to your specifications
- Orbital welding up to ½ inch
The cleaning, assembly, testing and packaging of individual parts and assemblies takes place in our cleanrooms, which meet the conditions up to DIN ISO 14644-1 class 5. You always receive components that can be reused in your cleanroom (in accordance with the cleanroom class) without any additional work steps.
Cleaning process
Incoming goods (or production at mkf)
After your parts have been delivered to mkf, we carry out an incoming goods inspection and check the degree of soiling.
Pre-cleaning & rough cleaning
In our pre-cleaning and rough cleaning, the parts are freed from the last coarse impurities (e.g. chips, particles) as well as the last (invisible) residues of oils and greases (e.g. residues of cooling lubricants)
Fine cleaning
Your parts are cleaned in a cleanroom up to DIN ISO 14644-1 class 5. The components undergo various cleaning processes depending on the level of soiling and your requirements for component cleanliness: manual cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, wipe cleaning, ozone cleaning, vacuum drying
Testing & quality control
Component cleanliness is tested and recorded in accordance with your requirements (100% testing, random sampling, etc.)
Assembly
We assemble your components and assemblies according to your specifications. We are also happy to commission your assemblies.
Cleanroom-compatible packaging
The parts are double-wrapped in antistatic cleanroom film and returned to you securely packaged for onward transportation.
