Covid-19 customer information

For the latest information on our measures, the accessibility of our employees and our ability to deliver in the wake of the Corona pandemic, please click here.

The health of our customers and employees is our top priority. We have therefore taken extensive measures in accordance with WHO guidelines and the recommendations of local authorities to ensure a safe working environment and the smoothest possible business operations.

Containment measures
To contain the spread of the virus, tightened hygiene measures have been introduced at our site in Lederhose and attendance at external events and all business travel have been suspended until further notice. We are also refraining from holding internal meetings at the moment. Insofar as operational procedures allow, our colleagues work from their home offices.

If you visit us on site, please respect the following regulations:

  • Please provide appropriate proof of compliance with the "3-G" rule. This means: you are recovered, fully vaccinated or can present a negative test (rapid test max. 24 hours old, PCR test max. 48 hours old).
  • Please register exclusively at the central office. Your contact person will meet you there.
  • Please follow the general recommendations for hygiene (no handshakes, min. 1.5m distance, hand disinfection).
  • Please wear a medical mouth-nose protection or a FFP2 mask during your entire stay.

Consultation and availability
Due to travel restrictions, we have temporarily suspended the travel activities of our staff. However, in order to be able to advise you personally, our specialists are available to you as usual by telephone or e-mail.

Delivery capability
In order to minimize a possible disruption of the supply chain, we have already taken measures in the last weeks, such as the daily inventory analysis, the increase of stock levels as well as the close exchange with suppliers - so we currently have a good delivery capability. However, the dynamic development makes a daily reassessment of the situation necessary. Should our ability to deliver be significantly restricted, we will inform you proactively.

We can assure you that we will implement all necessary and possible protective measures. The highest priority in the current situation is the health of all of us - so let us work together to actively implement the necessary measures.
