The clean air workstations from mkf support work under clean room conditions in the laboratory as well as in production, assembly and quality control. Depending on the ambient conditions, the air purity class ISO 5 and better according to DIN ISO 14644 - 1 can be achieved in the work area. The air is filtered by a Filter Fan Unit (FFU) with H14 HEPA filter. The generated laminar air flow directs the particles away from the product to the outside (front side with closed table surface) or downwards (table surface made of perforated stainless steel plate). The FFU generally has an EC motor with a simple control and monitoring facility.


Equipment according to your individual needs

As standard, the workstations are equipped with cleanroom-compatible LED lighting, a power socket and a potentiometer for stepless adjustment of the air speed. The basic construction consists of cleanroom profile whose closed grooves can be opened at any time. This allows for easy and thorough cleaning.

If the front side can be closed or partially closed, the workstation is provided with a stainless steel perforated plate as table surface. If the front side is open, the table surface is closed. In the basic version, 2 standard dimensions are available. These are available in a non-height-adjustable version and in an ergonomically advantageous electrically height-adjustable version. We will be happy to adapt the equipment of the clean-air workstation to your individual requirements.
