How your automation solution is created

Project planning

During the project planning phase, we record and analyse all your requirements (e.g. specifications, expertise, etc.) for your automation system. We clarify the technical scope of the project, draw up concepts and produce an initial budget and schedule. The aim is to define a cost-effective and technically feasible solution.

Design

Based on the project planning, we carry out the detailed overall design of the system. This is based on the creation of a 3D model, from which the technical drawings and parts lists are generated. The selection of suitable components ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Manufacture and Assembly of the System

The individual parts are then manufactured and components purchased. The assemblies are subsequently assembled to form the complete system. Initial functional tests and internal commissioning are carried out to ensure the system is fully functioning.

Installation of the system

Following a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the system is delivered and installed on site. This includes mechanical assembly, connection to power and utility supplies, integration into the company network, and final acceptance testing under real-world operating conditions.

Training and instructions for the new system

The subsequent staff training and instruction provides the foundation for effective system operation. This covers the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the system, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
