Together, we went to Leuchtenburg Castle, where not only the view was impressive, but also the team spirit of our trainees and students. In small groups, exciting tasks were mastered, creative solutions were found, and there was lots of laughter.
The goal of the day: to strengthen team spirit, work together across departments, and recognize and utilize individual strengths within the team.
The result: in various group tasks, creative solutions were developed, communication skills were enhanced, and mutual trust was strengthened. The time spent together not only opened up new perspectives, but also provided a better understanding of the diversity and potential within our company—a day full of new ideas, valuable encounters, and genuine teamwork.
We are proud of our young talents and are already looking forward to the next adventure together.
